It's a car video, and it's like.

Filmed from the inside of the car, and the camera looks to the side, and another car overtakes, but the passenger is leaning out of the window with a big wooden paddle pretending to paddle ahead.

I can't find it

Is it a car advert?
Or is it an advert for something else other than a car e.g. insurance etc?
Is it old?
Is it new?
Is it color?
Is it b&w?
Is there music?

Well, it looks very much like a homemade video, and I can't remember any specifics on the sound, I think I remember the overtaking vehicle being black....I can't even remember what the vehicle was.

Is it being broadcast at the moment, or is it an older clip?
