My iTunes scripts folder was located in [username]/Library/iTunes/Scripts/folder location when I was on Snow Leopard, but since updating to Lion I have been unable to find it. Ive tried everything and doing a finder search is becoming quite frustrating.

The user library is hidden from the finder by default in Lion. You can access it by choosing Go > Go to folder in the menu bar and typing the path of the folder, in this case ~/Library/ or ~/Library/iTunes/Scripts/ to go straight to the iTunes scripts folder.

Thanks!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I have been searching for this for weeks off and on to get rid of that dam menubar script icon after deleting FetchArt and your instructions works perfectly! Thanks again!
