Hi All,
So I now have iOS 8 on my iPhone 6 & Retina iPad Mini, and the photos app is really confusing me, I understand camera roll has been changed to recently added but I also have some photos from a holiday album which is on my iPad on my iPhone? Why? How do I have the same photos on my iPad and iPhone with iCloud? The whole app is just a tad confusing to me! Anyone help me out?

Cheers

I have been using it since the first beta came out and I don't even understand it. Good luck. I am subscribing to this thread in hopes someone can.

Heres my iPhone & iPad

My best guess is that if you restored from a backup, you'd see the same pictures that were on the device from which the backup originated.

Or there may just be a bug where Apple shows iCloud Photo Library as off when it's actually on.
