Can someone help me with Winterboard Theming?

I want to make a theme for my iPhone 4S on 5.0.1 because I am jailbreaking, I wanted to know if the way to make a theme has changed because I remember the way the folders had to be set up for retina is different, can someone point me to an up to date tutorial for OS5

Ive not done it, wouldnt no where to start...but on cydia, themes, winterboard, then scroll down it says how to make themes...then theres a guide? Any good?
