Hello,

I'm from Spain and I've got a Verizon iPhone 4s.

I want to unclock it calling Verizon company, but I don't have the personal data of the previous owner because the phone was found in a plane. Don't think bad, it wasn't stolen.

Can someone help me calling the company?

Did you even try to return it to the original owner? If not, that might could be considered stealing.

If someone loses a phone, they report it as lost and then the lost phone gets treated the same as a stolen phone in terms of being able to use it. Verizon will not unlock it.

Good point.

The original owner is from USA and Im from Spain

The original owner did not report anything because the phone runs good with a gevey since october 2012. If it was reported, it would be an ipod, but it still works.

iPhones can still be used with the Gevey even if Verizon has them as lost/stolen in their system.

If you're able to use it there, are you sure it's locked?

...
Laron: Ok. So before they sell it to you, they would need to have it unlocked before selling it to you.
...
No one here is the owner of that phone so I don't think anyone can help you by contacting Verizon. If the unlock is over the air, it would have to be in the US. And if the unlock is via iTunes, it would still need to be in the US to be set up on Verizon so that the unlock could be done.
