Can Someone Help Me?

I have this picture I made. Its pretty big because I made it for my computer wallpaper. I want to make it my iphone wallpaper as well but every time I try to make it my phone wallpaper it zooms in to the original image size that is on my computer. I want to make it 1136X640. I have changed it in photoshop and iPhoto but when I send it to my phone through email it just sends it as the original image size. Ive sent it in small, medium, and large through email but nothing is working. Can someone help me out here? I just want to resize the image and send it to my phone with the iphone dimensions instead of the huge original size. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you're emailing the original image instead of the resized one.

Resize the image in PS with "Image size..."
Save as copy.
Email the resized copy.

I have. Ive changed the pixel width and height. Ive changed the size of the document to the iphone screen size in inches and nothing works. I have like 12 of the same picture but in different sizes. Ive emailed all of them but the outcome is always the same
