Does anyone know if it works with antiglare screen protectors as well? I have an antiglare that isn't actual glass that I'd like to continue using if other iPad models ever get support for the pencil.

It's active capacitive so I'd expect it to work with any screen protector that doesn't cause problems with touch. I can't say how/if it would impact accuracy, but it will work.
