I'm not wonderfully knowledgeable when it comes to anything too technical so wondered if someone could explain SDK to me??

Would I be right in thinking that it means that someone can create a program or application and (so long as apple approve it) we can then put it on our iPhones??

So will apple charge people to put these apps on and what types of things are likely to be available? Obviously I realise no once can say for certain until its available but any suggestions?

Sorry to ask such stupid questions but like I said, i don't know that much :)

1. That is correct, sort of. It allows you to create programs for the iPhone and iTouch, I would assume that only Apple approved apps could be loaded on a un-jailbroken phone. On a jailbroken phone, you could now install pretty much anything.

2. Just like any piece of software, there are some free and some cost. It usually up to the developer
