I signed up for the developer account last night and just now got my confirmation email. When I go to the webpage I see nothing about iOS 5 or iTunes 10.5 beta. I signed up for a developer account (iOS to be specific I think) and I am just confused out of my mind.

Did you pay? Betas are only available to paid-up developers, not to free developer account holders.

Yes, I paid. 99.00! I can't find iOS 5 beta ANYWHERE on any of the webpages.

Go to http://developer.apple.com/ios/

Log in

Click on iOS SDK Beta (just below the main banner).

I would note it could take a while for your account to process: have Apple sent you an email confirming your account has been processed? Have you contacted Apple for support?
