Can someone recommend a call / text blocker?

I'm getting loads of annoying text trying to sell me insurance / accident claims etc.

Usually these all come from different mobile numbers.

So I'm looking for an app that I can input a number ( or numbers )..and it will prevent that number from being able to call or text me.

Someone suggested iBlacklist...but when I looked it up in the App store it had very bad reviews.

I would like to know about a good one too...? I wish that there was just a built in block button.
