I have been looking for days for a hub to get for my future 16 inch m1 max i am getting next month. i looked at what seems like a dozen. they all have some reviews that have problems with M1 regular, and pro max. either display flickering, displays not turning on, USB hub issues, coil wine, random audio drop outs, power issues. every dock i saw has some reviews like that. are there any that work perfectly for the new macbook m1 pro/max?

The Caldigit thunderbolt hubs are high quality and known to work when others fail.

I am waiting for their soon to be released update to the TS3+, expected before the end of the year.

If that doesn't match what I want, I'll be going for their proven Thunderbolt 4 Dock.

Also - I agree with you, too many docks out there say they work, but don't.

can you link me to their upcoming update to TS3+? you mean its software up date or a new version of the dock?
