Can someone recommend me a good battery case ?

My iphone 4 is starting to drain really fast and I am looking for a case with a built in battery. I want something balanced between quality and price and if it is possible a decent case not a "brick" case.

Not going to help your phobia of "bricks" but the Mophie is reliable and has a lifetime warranty. I'm sure you'll still find them for the 4 on eBay or amazon.

The iphone warms up a bit when charging, isn't it bad for the battery if I let the iphone in the case? And can I use the iphone while charging?

You can use the iPhone while charging. The iPhone getting warm is normal while charging but it it gets hot enough that you can't touch it, you have an issue.

Ok thanks, my iphone warms up gust a bit, very very little and thanks a lot for the websites, I bought the first one, 2400 mAh is great.
