Can someone share a copy of Apple Script editor with me?

I deleted this app by mistake and now I can't redownload it. I tried doing a combo update and that somewhat improved things, now the Apple Script editor is back in the utilities folder in Applications. But when I click on it, it doesn't run. It does a single bounce and then just doesn't run.

Can someone like compress that app and share it on cloud storage or something? I don't want to clean install.

edit: I'm a moron and forgot I have multiple Macs at home lmao
