Can Someone Solve The Safari Font Appearance Question in 7.0 (Mavericks)

Switching from Snow Leopard to Mavericks and Safari 7.0 has been a great transition with the exception of the inability to set a custom font for Safari 7.0

Are there any programs that solve this problem completely? I found a program but it is not foolproof and will not work on all websites.

I would like my old settings back:

Standard Font Times 18
Fixed width font Courier 13
