can someone spy my iPhone?

Hi !

I just came to this forum looking for help with my friend's iphone.

Her ex-boyfriend has my friend's call history and we do not know how is that possible and we do not know what else he can get from her iPhone.

She does not have the iphone Jailbreaked if that helps.

Is there any software in the apple store to track iphones? Could he get the data from iTunes? How could we discover him?

Only thing I can think is for her to cancel her iTunes account.
