Can someone test this potential 5S problem? (Audio)

Using Facebook, if someone chats to me while the app is closed. The 'dingdong' we all know cones through very loud then quietens, when someone sends a message, this doesn't happen on the 5, and I've tested it on two 5S phones.

Also I have noticed sometimes the key clicks are too loud, but this doesn't happen all the time. HELP
