Can someone using iOS 8 confirm this?

Can someone verify in security settings and tell me if their is an on/off switch for BT and iBeacon validation to prevent an iPhone from automatically pinging or being pinged by I beacon waypoints? I will be getting the iphone6 and want to ensure I can prevent I beacons from throwing ads at me while I walk around in a mall. Or at least allow for white and blacklisting of stores. Like I may want Sunglass Hut to send me ads, but not the Gap. Just curious if this is in ios8 beta yet?

You cAn always turn off Bluwtooth to avoid being pinged by ibeacon
