Hi. The app is called “Imiwa?” And is a Japanese dictionary. I would like to know if it is available on the Mac without side loading and the like. I do not own a Mac yet so that’s why I am asking. Thanks for your help.

A search for Imiwa in the Apple App store results in 'Translate Now - Translator', which sounds like what you are asking about.

It states that it will work on Mac with macOS 11.0 or later.

with a Silicon Mac
It's "Apple Silicon", just saying "Silicon" doesn't specify anything since just about all computers are silicon based, including every Mac and every PC ever built.
