macOS Can someone write this script for me please?

Hi all,

I need a script to have iTunes perform a wireless backup every hour, from my iPhone (iOS 9.2) to my Mac (OS X El Capitan).

Also, if someone would be kind enough to do this for me, could you show me how to adapt this script for any of my devices?
