I exported a project from iMovie (with the "using QuickTime" option; set Desktop as Target folder), but it didn´t get completed, because of an error (HD full) and no file appeared on my Desktop. However, I realised that my HD (once with more than 100Gb free) was suddenly full and after trying to find what was wrong, I found out that the Desktop folder had the Size "of 196GB for 0 items" (picture attached).

Nothing appears on Desktop on Finder. I tried to rebuilt Desktop, the problem remains. I tried to show hidden files on Terminal and all I see is something like .DS_Store.

Please, what shall I do?

Yep. Didn't work. But it's fine now. I could manage to delete the hidden files after installing Onyx and using it to show hidden files.
