Can`t Make Calls

Hi There I Bought A Iphone 3g Thats Has Been Jailbroken And Unlocked To All Network I Have My T-mobile Sim In It And It Has Full Recption But Can Not Make Calls On It,when I Go To Make A Call And Messege Come Up Saying
Call Forwarding Active
And Then My Call Closes And Just Goes To My Recent Call List
Can Anyone Help

You say you bought the phone already unlocked?

Do you knpw what it was jailbroken with, what it was unlocked with, and what firmware version it is running?
