Hi everyone

I bought a used MacBook Pro M2
I signed in with my Apple ID and added my stuff. Everything looked okay

But when I tried to update macOS, I got this error: **"Can't personalize update."**

Later I tried to reinstall macOS. And I canceled the install , and when I tried again the Mac keeps restarting and shows a black screen with a warning or question mark. I can't open recovery mode or reinstall anything. It just loops.

I also found the Mac in my iCloud account and in Find My

Is there any way to fix this without losing my personal files on the second partition?

Thanks a lot!

Press and hold the power button on your Mac until the system volume and the Options button appear. Select Options to boot into Recovery. If Recovery no longer works, I'm afraid you will need to restore from DFU mode using another Mac. You will lose all data.
