I am talking about the new Mac Pro of course.
PC video card manufacturers are bringing out overclocked 8800GT cards.
I don't know of any Mac software for overclocking nVidia cards.
On the PC side, RivaTuner is supposed to be very good software for overclocking video cards.
Can I use RivaTuner in Windows on the Mac Pro to overclock the 8800GT?
I assume the overclocking would remain when I reboot back into OS X?

Maybe consider ATi Tool? It can overclock ATi and nVidia cards on Windows. If you are using bootcamp, it may work. It has worked for x1600 cards. It would be interesting to try when possible. I don't really have much experience with this, so don't blast me if I am wrong.
