iPad Pro Can the Apple Leather Sleeve accommodate the iPad Pro 12.9 with the ASK attached?

This has been tested and mentioned in a number of threads, even with included videos... Short answer though, is yes, it does.

I won't tell people how to spend their money. Hell, I just spent $900 on a new iPad a month ago and then another $100 to upgrade my mini 2 to a mini 4 in the past two days.

However, I will tell you the apple leather sleeve is JUNK for the money they are charging. I bought it, just to see it in person and I couldn't believe it. Very basic, very flimsy, doesn't seem to add much for protection. I like my $18 sleeve I bought on Amazon made by valkit.

P.S. just as an FYI I do buy the random Smart Cover and I have an apple case on my iPhone 7 plus, so I'm not just against their accessories. They are just highly overpriced.

Eh, I have the leather sleeve and will probably keep it (with leather Smart Cover).

I agree it's over priced, but what I love about it is how thin it is. It's really nice to just grab it and go, and I can easily charge the iPad while it's in the sleeve.

I've seen the other sleeves and have owned some for prior iPads, and at this point thin and low profile are what I want.

But I had the "is this really it" moment too when I opened it. It's just grown on me a lot as I've used it and taken it places.

While the ASK fits in the sleeve if you force it, you can see in videos that it’s not really a good fit. It stretches the leather out making it too loose for your iPad if you choose to put it in the sleeve without the keyboard.
