Can the Apple Watch be linked to 2 iPhones

I have a personal iPhone 6 and an work iPhone. Can I link my watch (when I get out of processing hell) to my works iPhone during the day and my personal iPhone when I finish work. When I say link/pair I don't want to lose any settings or anything I want it to be almost transparent.

No. One phone, one watch. You can un-pair and re-pair, which will restore the settings from backup, but it'll be a 15 minute process each time.
