I have a question. The question is basically what the tittle of the thread says. Since there are 4 USB ports can the iMac support/sync/charge a iPad and iPhone at the same time? Thank you for your help and time!

Can the iMac support an iPhone and iPad?

Two iPods aren't a problem, so I don't see why an iPhone and an iPad should be. iPads seem to take ages to charge from a computer, though.
Number of USB ports aren't a problem, if you run out of ports, just add a hub. I've been connecting my iPad to an iMac through a USB hub, and it syncs without any problems. Charging an iPad may not work through a hub, but syncing works just fine.
