General Can the iOS 7 setup assistant be re-run a second time without erasing my iPhone?

seeing as I have to restore fresh to jailbreak 7.1.1 (for some reason) and I can't choose the iCloud backup as its causing it to fail.
I'm hoping you can but I get the feeling that I might be out of luck. TIA for any help.
