Can the magnets in the leather link or Milanese loop effect heart devices?

A lot is being discussed about the MagSafe effects on heart devices such as pacemakers or defibrillators.

I am wondering if the same caution applies to magnets in the Apple Watch bands?

Anyone here with a medical background or who has discussed this with their healthcare provider?

How does the watch get to the heart area? Wrist is too far from the heart.
