Can the processor of MBP early 2006 upgradable?

I have 17' Macbook Pro processor intel core duo at speed 2.16.

Is it possible to upgrade to intel core 2 duo at 2.4 or greater?

If possible, where can i find the instruction guide to help me to do that and where should i buy with good price?

They are all directly soldered to the motherboard. Unless you want to de-solder and re-solder hundreds of hundreds of pins, it's not going to happen.
