-256GB Flash Storage
-4GB memory
-Intel HD Graphics 3000
Would the macbook air run the sims3 all pack without lag?

If you're gonna game, I suggest you get the i5. Even if it's slower (by a very small amount), it will a lot hotter, and while gaming that's not good at all.
It will run it, but don't expect great graphics.

Yes it runs just peachy at 1440 x 900 ... no problems.
