1. Can the Space Black Stainless Steel Link Bracelet be purchased separately? I see the Stainless Steel 42mm Link Bracelet under 'Bands & Accessories ' on the Apple Store but no Space Black option:

2. Is the 42mm Space Black Case only available for $1099 with the Space Black Stainless Steel Link Bracelet? I don't see any other configuration with the Space Black Case.
