I moved across the world and live alone currently. Since I am 26 I am not too worried of say a stroke or heart attack, but lets say if i was to have one, would the watch be able to pick up on this and contact emergency services in the event that i cant do it myself?

The watch can’t detect heart attacks or strokes. It can detect high/low heart rates and atrial fibrillation. However, if you do experience a medical emergency which causes you to fall, fall detection will automatically call emergency services unless you cancel
it. Not sure if that’s enabled in your region though.

alright, i will do more research on the region to see if it works. Thank you

As said above, it won’t do it by itself but if you’re in need of emergency services and not near a phone, you can press and hold the button on the side of the watch and a screen will pop up that lets you call them.
