Grayed out. Disk repair didn't help.

Where are those folders?
Are they folders that belong to an app?
Or... did YOU create them?

What happens if you:
Hold down the command + shift keys, and touch the "." (period) key?
Do they "disappear"?
You can repeat the process to "bring them back".

If they DO disappear, then they look to be folders that are normally "invisible" to the user, but you have made them visible.

It looks like it's possible to open those folders, but if they're created/used by an application (looks to be some kind of music app in your case), they're probably invisible for a reason -- that the software author doesn't want users changing what's inside them...
 
They are sample libraries opened by other applications.
Nothing happen then I press the keys.

Looks like you can only open/use them within those applications, like Kontakt, and not from the Finder.
