A family member wants different colour iphone 5c she's out of the thirty day window he was coming to me looking for options as far as what to do. Since there are no used stores selling a yellow 32gb 5C and he doesn't want to deal with craigslist or eBay I thought of this option for him: sell current phone for $425
purchase one at apple for $100 by adding a line
Keep line for a month and then pay ETF with remaining balance that he got from selling his old phone.
I know it would be strictly dependent upon whether he could sell it for that much to be worth it but could this plan work?

Thanks

Depending on the cell company of the iPhone... They should be able to get $425 for it. If it's unlocked then it won't be a problem
For sure. If that works then the whole thing should work out.

The company is ATT. Thanks I'll let them know
