Can those animated emojis be viewed on iPhone?

It's good that it's not limited to just the watch, but I'll have to say that I am not a fan of any of the animated emoji at all. They all look very similar and more than a bit creepy as well.

I do not like that black bubble for the face. I think it should just be the same light gray color as normal messages... It seems totally out of place.
