Can transfer one apps setting to the new iphone?

Hi all, anybody know that how to restore one apps setting from the old iphone to the new one. Since my boss has change the iphone, but he doesn't want to restore all apps setting to the new one. But he has a apps setting&data need to transfer. As I know iTunes can restore all setting form the backup. Is it another way to transfer by selective? Thank for your help!
