Can two different iPhone users both screenplay to the same TV/Mac?

I can screenplay to my monitor connected to my Apple Studio from my iPhone, but my partner can't even see it in the list of devices to screenplay to from their phone.

Is it because the Studio and my phone are the same iTunes account and theirs isn't?
