Can u change the image of the Macintosh HD pic on your desktop?

you know how on the screen it shows that hard drive then it says Macintosh HD. i was wondering if there was anyway to change that image?? If you know pleez tell me cause i was looking at other poeples desktops, and they had various different images

THANK YOU!! so much! For some reason, my powerbook is reading my external hard drive as an ipod mini!! lol any idea on how to fix this? the lil ipod mini icon shows up too!
