Can Vmware-fusion detects installed O.S.s without bootcamp partition?

Hello , friends!
I have windows Xp ,Opensuse 11.0, knoppix and Mac OS X 10.5.1 (Leopard) installed on my pc. Now , I have installed vmware-fusion in Leopard and want to run all other o.s. in it , i don't have bootcamp partition .
So , can anyone tell me how to run other already INSTALLED os.s in vmware-fusion without boot camp or without reinstalling them in virtual machine.....
Is it possible?
if yes ,then how?
