Can voice quality and receiver quality be adjusted on Iphone 4

During normal calls , listening through the new Iphone 4 I have noticed that receiver quality is a bit less full than on my Iphone 3G. I would call it slightly tinny and higher pitched. Can that be modulated or adjusted and does anyone else notice a difference in receiver quality. Speaker quality is fine on handsfree. I am referring to regular voice quality through phone receiver.
