Can the Apple Watch Siri be told to open an app that only exists on the iPhone?

And if so, does Siri tell you that you have to unlock your phone to start this application?

This would be useful for instance for an app like SiriusXM so that you can open the app from the watch and have it start playing without pulling your iPhone out of your pocket.

Also, what about some of the other streaming apps that don't have a corresponding Apple Watch app yet, do the glance music controls on the watch work for them like the iPhone Control Center ones?
