Can we get iphone mail to use "rules and alerts" from Outlook

basically
in outlook i have set a few rules to organise my incoming mail
for example, all mail from ebay goes to the ebay folder, all mail from facebook goes to the facebook folder

any idea if we can get iphone to do this as well so it will go into the correct folder whenever i want to recieve mail on my fone?
