Can we increase the resolution of MBP 16" 2019 under Windows 10 to higher than 3072x1920?

Hi, under Mac OS, we could increase the screen resolutions higher than the default 3072x1920 to even 4K using SwitchResX. Under Window 10, I can only see 3072x1920. Is there a way to increase the resolutions? Perhaps an app similar to SwitchResX?
