If were upgrading+trade in previous devices with amount pay to get new iphone , can we make it on apple.com or bestbuy.com ?
do they ship us new iphone right schedule day then we ship back trade phone for them , how this stuff work ???

You need to confirm with your carrier on any trade in’s and pay-off amounts _first_. You already mentioned in another thread you owe money on your device.
