Can we redirect an app?

Hello, my first time on the forum.

I have an app that is for Canada only. People can find help for addiction services. I just created a new version that would include United States also.

The current app had the word "Canada" in his title. Now that I am including United States. The title is not good but I cannot change the title. I need to create a new app but all the marketing with the old one I did will be wasted.

I was wondering if there would be any ways to redirect the old app to the new one?

Or any other suggestion?
