Can we still get the FREE ipod touch during Tax Free Weekend?

I don't know if everyone knows what I'm talking about but, so every year there is a back to school No tax on school supplies type of thing. My state covers computers under $1000

So I am getting a Macbook, but would I still get the FREE ipod touch? or is that deal off the table that weekend?
