Can windows ICALL cohabit with Mac programs on IPHONE?

Mac user, Desperately seeking free international VOIP calls with the 3G iphone. ICALL seems best but as only the Windows version is out...would this work? Anybody tried this?

Partition MacBook Pro with Boot Camp
Install windows
Install ICALL on that partition
and then?
I'm just a little lost as to how I'd sync a program in a partition using my normal Mac ITUNES.

The windows version is for use on windows computers, not on iphones.
