Or is this just something you have to do through AT&T?

Cause an ex (from like a year ago) gf's little sister is spamming my phone with texts and calls cause she is a little b*tch like that.
I've tried just ignoring it, but it's starting to become very frustrating with my phone lighting up every 30 seconds with random smileys and texts annoying me.

ANY ADVICE OR HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
Thanks.

Is she over 18?

No, the little sister who is spamming me is only like 15...
So it kinda limits how I can react. If she was 18 I'd start spamming her back with hardcore porno or pictures of tub girl or something..

as I understand it there is no way to block phone nimbers directly from your iphone, looks like you will have to call AT&T.

Umm no.

Damn that's frustrating...
Do you think they would/can block the number I give them if I explain the situation?

If it's personal reasons they'll charge you a few bucks every month, I believe.

If it's like a telemarketer from a strange foreign country then they'll block for free.

Wow well that sucks if I'll have to pay for it.. I don't want to do that. I wish you could just type a number in and have it auto reject every text and call from it.

Call her parents? Maybe they'll take her phone away. One can wish anyway.

I wish, but I can't call her mom, and she wouldn't do anything about it anyways.
I haven't talked to my ex in like 6 months so I can't tell her about it either cause that's an awkward door I don't want to open again...

Jailbreak.
Then get app iBlacklist.
:)

Well I'm on iOS 5 so....
I wouldn't want to jailbreak anyways tho.

Sounds like little sis wants some of what big sis had.:p

If the laws in your area permit, and there's grass on the field, play ball.

:D

I'm assuming your no more than 2-3 years older. If you're any older than that, disregard my comment... That's just wrong.

Hahaha that thought had crossed my mind as well. I am 19, the girl I dated for seven months is 18, and her little sister that is spamming me is like 15. There is no way I would ever even think about going for her even if she was of legal age.

this topic sure went downhill in the last few posts... give AT&T a call and see what they can do, never hurts to try.

If you can change your number, do so (it'll probably cost $$ though), and then get a free google voice number. With google voice, you can block calls or auto-send them to voicemail. Forward the google voice number to your iphone, and give out your google voice number to everyone.

Agreed. Yeah I will give them a call in the morning. Thank you.

Yeah I'm not changing my number, too many contacts, and I've had this number for like 6 years.
I've never tried the google voice thing tho, I should check that out.

I understand, but google voice won't help you here, unless you get people to call a google voice number.

(Hmm, I think you can also port your old number over to google voice, but I don't know if I'd trust google enough to do that. I'm not sure, but porting a number might cost money, too.)
