i was wondering if i can fully build a custom mac with all intel parts..
I just need a mac for a project, i"ve heard that dual booting macs on a pc dont work that well with the hacks like iatkos.ideneb...etc...

its not only the maintaining , it is a question of carefully choose every part so it might work under osx means ideally choose carful the motherboard of your pc , carfully choose the graphics card......
the main problem is a pc has a bios and thats something OSX just doesn't understand ..at least Apple has catered for the windows world with bootcamp to train windows to understand open firmware :D
so the best thing i can point out to you to get all the necessary info is to go insanely and mac and look there for the right answers

but depending on your project it would be cheaper and have less hassle if you get a netbook like the Dell mini9/10 or MSI wind as they are easy to install osx snow leopard on ,nearly as easy as windows xp to install

What you want to do (I guess), is called Hackintoshing:

Choosing parts really isn't that hard. For example, Basically any Gigabyte board works, tons of success stories with the EP45-UD3P and the G31M-ES2L. You don't have to go far to find a site with a list of confirmed to work parts. Last I heard, OS X on "PC" hardware has come a long way, as long as you can follow instructions you shouldn't have any troubles maintaining a rig.
