Can you change the menu options that come up when you right-click in OSX?

I don't need the "Speech" option in there and never use it, and since I'm all about efficiency these days, I'm sure it couldn't hurt to have one less thing on the menu to distract my eyes

Open your keyboard preferences and go to the shortcuts tab. Then choose "Services", you'll see a list of contextual menu commands. You can check and uncheck the (un)desired ones.
